Cancellation policy
• Drop-in classes: Cancel up to 3 hours before the class for a class credit — same value, valid 90 days, usable on any class of equal or lesser price (no card refund)
• Courses: Cancel at least 72 hours before the first session for a refund of what you paid, less a £3 processing fee (refunded to your card by hand — allow a few working days)
• Late bookings (within 2 hours of class start): Non-cancellable and non-refundable
• Missed sessions within a confirmed course: Non-refundable
